Arepa Pizza
Ingredients: (5 Servings)
5 Don Maiz Double Cream Cheese arepas.
½ Cup of pizza sauce.
½ Pound of Mozarrella Cheese.
½ Pound of Jam cut into squares.
½ Cooked and shreddes Chicken Breast.
½ Pound of fresh mushroom, cut into
slices.
5 Basil leaves cut into strips.
Dried crushed Oregano.
Instructions:
Put the arepas in an oven tray. On top of
each put the pizza sauce and the jam, the
chicken, the mushrooms, the cheese, the basil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 300o Celsius (570o
